The Fast Home Trade Program

Radach & Johnson Homes, LLC created the Fast Home Trade Program to solve a problem that a high percentage of home buyers and sellers face; how to transition from one house, or living situation, to another. Traditional methods of transition don't work very well. The Fast Home Trade Program eliminates the stress, hassles, and uncertainty associated with traditional sales.

Matthew has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. In that time, he has sold over 1,000 homes and hundreds of vacant lots.

Matthew lives in Thompson’s Station, TN with his wife and two children. His business operations include new construction financing, home renovations, property management, rental investing, real estate sales, small business financing and the Fast Home Trade Program. Matthew has a great reputation in the real estate community and in the community as a whole.

How Does This Process Work?

First, contact us and set a 20 minute appointment to view your home. We will make you an offer the next business day. If you accept the offer, YOU choose a closing date between 14 days and 60 days.

We will set up escrow and title services (all the things a real estate agent does in a traditional sale). We close the transaction, you get your money and are free to move out or begin renting from us.

The purpose of this program is to make the selling process easy and to give you flexibility!

Frequently Asked Questions

After you vacate the home we make the necessary repairs and updates. Then we either sell it or keep it in a rental portfolio. Often times, we do major remodels on the homes that we purchase; new cabinets, trim, doors, counters, flooring etc.

We will use a rate that is at or slightly below market rate. Our offer to you will include the purchase price, Rental rate, and the amount you can expect to receive at escrow. We will provide the information that you need to make an informed decision.

Absolutely not! We are extremely friendly and respectful. We will show you the price that we can pay for the home and what that price nets you in cash at escrow. You can then take that number and compare it to what you believe you would receive at a traditional sale. If you tell us that you do not want to accept our offer we will thank you for your time and not contact you again.

If you have an existing listing agreement with an agent you will need to honor that agreement. You can still sell us your home but you will need to pay the agreed upon commission on the sale. If you do not have a current listing agreement but would like your real estate agent to represent you in this transaction that is great! You can work out the compensation you will pay them and we can work it into the deal.

We will agree upon that prior to you accepting our purchase offer. It depends upon your needs.
